i have 3 mobile broadband, it costs more than normal broadband, always turns itsealf off and is slow as hell. not recomended

There are probably software applications that would allow you to turn a pc with wifi card and internet dongle into an access point. Also, check out the Draytek routers that you can use with an internet dongle - google “portable internet hotspot” and there’s an article on myhotspots which explains more.
